Project Management

 I have over a decade of experience in project management and brand marketing. I have owned and managed content strategies for companies across multiple marketing surfaces, launched brand events, produced marketing materials and presentations for program launches and events. My project management experience doesn’t stop with brand solutions. In the early stage of my career I managed and produced events and exhibitions for multiple museums, performing arts, and creative companies internationally.

I am a strategic thinker and enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative solutions. I reached a project milestone in 2018 leading a marketing campaign for an annual awards competition. The event revenue had been stagnant for the last two years. I did an audit of the event collateral and messaging to pinpoint where improvements could be made. Then I created a new marketing strategy. I managed the marketing campaign timeline, the marketing deliverables, developed the presentation deck, coordinated communication with speakers, and lead the event rehearsal. We ended up exceeding the revenue goal by 100% that year and the event was a success.

The marketing landscape is changing and there is a drive to do more, efficiently, and faster. Most recently, I have managed over 60+ global marketing programs to define and deliver solutions establishing processes to drive progress and quality experiences for enterprise companies. I use project management tools such as Asana and Monday to create flexible systems and structures for process improvement, accountability, and to keep projects moving forward.
