Integrated Marketing and Communications
For 10 years I have led integrated marketing, communications, and market research initiatives for companies focusing on impact, growth, and retention. I have owned and managed content strategies for companies across multiple marketing surfaces including copywriting for blogs, newsletters, press releases, scripts, and speech writing. I am creative and analytically focused and enjoy exploring new ways to add value to the customer’s experience through brand, content, and community.
In 2020, I was working for a company faced with the challenge of engaging with their customers virtually during shelter-in-place. The company was getting ready to launch a capital campaign for the renovation of its new headquarters. I had to pivot our communications strategies and frame the campaign around a series of testimonial videos. I work with a group of key stakeholders to submit testimonials on why the headquarters was important to them and its impact on the community. The series was incredibly successful. It reaffirmed the value in the project and trust in the company.
A month later, I released the press kit and we reached 1MM in revenue. The project was featured in the SF Chronicle and other major industry publications and we doubled our YouTube followers in less than two months.
Social Media
The campaign social media content featured three branches of content. The testimonial series video releases, the project team feedback about what excites them most about the project, and a naming competition for the new headquarters.
